I recall them days of the Ol' Black Afghani Hash. You are on point Tony with that distinct aroma.

Great looking Grinny, Hope that Night queen treats ya good my friend. Gotta put that one on my list of must do's.

Good stuff.

A short update on happenings. Harvested the Kushage last night, this was the one with some pretty bad calcium deficiency early on. She never really overcame the deficiencies but I am still pretty pleased with how it ended. That was day 60, I would have liked to gone a bit longer but was starting to get some amber trichs and there isn't much I hate worse than seeing that gorgeous goodness start degrading. The Grinspoons are both doing well as is the case with most sativa, they are not liking the nutrient rich soil. I will probably cut my soil with about 25% peat the next time I grow them to lower some of the nutrient content down. Other than some slight burning they are still really impressive. Excellent trich production and reall impressive bud growth. These hold a lot more potential than what I gave them credit for and I think will surpass my expectations in yield and quality. The Saturday Night Special, my one auto, is doing real well. The spots where the caterpillars were eating is beginning to show but she still seems pretty happy. I see some colors starting to form in the bud structure, looking for some nice purple buds, fingers crossed! Blue Hash has some tip burn as well, I didn't really expect that out of a hash plant which will normally eat up the nutrients but I suppose it has more blueberry genetics in it than I originally though. Blueberry being one of those plants that are well known for needing low amounts of nutrients as well. Lastly, I dropped a Critical+ in the flower room this week. She is looking nice and healthy in the soil so far, will see how it does in bloom. Thanks for stopping by!

Those buds on the kushage look good! The grinspoons, though, they are my favorite of your plants! Wild looking and refuse to be tamed!

The kushage really smells wonderful. This is my first time growing it and am really looking forward to smoking her. The grinspoons, I am literally tying those plants down again every week. Had I let them grow straight up I bet they would be 7-8 foot tall right now with another 40 days to go. Crazy the amount of stretch.

Are the grinspoons good for outdoor, too? Man, those plants just amaze me! I don't know why, but they do! Looks like they're quite the hand full, like two bad ass siblings! LOL

Yeah, I am sure they could be grown outdoors with much better success. My outdoor plants are always much healthier than indoor. Those would be hard to hide though, I don't see myself growing them outdoors but I would be interested in watching someone do it.

Looking sweeeet brother,Just sweet as ya want em!!:Sharing One:
Thanks EoF!

Just a quick update. I put two more Grinspoon in the bloom room tonight. I also threw in a few shots of my outdoor C99 and Royal Haze that I have stashed in the backyard. I kept them real short in veg and put them out late so they would stay hidden behind the fence row. It is amazing how good outdoor plants look compared to indoor with absolutely no feeding at all. I stuck those out there and just let nature do it's thing. No watering, no nutrients and they look better than everything I grow indoors.

Lastly, I started 10 more Saturday Night Specials tonight. I have been working on those as a breeding project trying to create a very sativa dominant auto. Right now they are about 60% sativa at f2. I plant on breeding those out to f3 and taking some of the pollen and hitting one of the grinspoons with it to see how they work into auto. Not too sure if I will start a thread in the breeding section or just keep up with them here.

Yeah, I am hoping so. I don't know how they will produce, which is what has kept me from hitting them already, but I figured what the hell. Dust a couple of buds and grow them out just to see. Hell, they may turn into a monsta, never know if I don't try.

The SNS I have been growing are pretty good smoke already. Meh, nothing but time and seeds so we will see what happens. Worse case, I trash them and start something else.
