New Grower about to start outdoor grow, few questions?

i was going to grow outdoors, considering the english weather i'm abit weary...

i plan to grow autoflowers outdoors obviously, soil based…

first question.. what if the summer is shit and there isn't really any direct sunlight to the plants because the sun is behind the clouds all the time…? will the plant still flower and produce decent buds? obviously not everyday will be terrible but just wondering..


second… would it be okay to put my plants under a £10 plastic green house to protect it from rain? or is that a fucking dumb idea? lol

Protecting it from rain will help with mold later in life. if thats an option I would go for it.
