Why is actual (true) wattage so important?
Why not the par (lux) matter?

Ill be very appreciated if someone could explain it to me!

Actual is important just to see what you are working with. Chinese lights are advertised at equivalent watts, whereas others are true watts. You also want to know watts for power consumption and cost to grow.
Once you have an equal camparison on watts then you get into the science, of colour, brightness etc. Which will separate the men from the boys.

Well, true wattage has nothing to do with the plant, right!?
...but everyone is talking about true watts, not about lux and par, just because of they are worrying about the electrisity bill?!

For the plant the only thing what is matters when it comes to lightening is lux/par and the nm (colour), right?!

Two LED lights with the same true wattage have the same par? Or is it up to the number of LED diods?

A lamp with a (full spectrum) red light, but it has only 9 true watts worths nothing or just a little more than nothing to the plant?
