Lighting Advice for converting Mars Reflector 48x3

I don't know what I'm doing with it yet I was thinking (only thinking) about converting it too cobs

So I've found some cheap'ish heatsink but can't quite get my head around requirements for cooling.

Im going to have two panels, both 400mm(16") x 150mm(6") x 25mm (1") of extruded aluminium heatsink. Each panel will house 3 x vero 18's running at approx 16w each, so around 45w per panel. Im thinking just one 120mm fan running at 93 m2/h attached in the middle on each panel will cool sufficiently.. Am not too sure though how heat is dissipated on a heatsink & if 1 fan in the middle will cool the vero's on the edges ok?

A fan will be enough, because you drive COBs soft.

2 1818 citizens in 3000k. I tapped the heatsinks to attache cob holders. Tested works well, will put reflectors on holders after the epoxy sets that will hold it all together. Its very bright should kick ass in my 2x2.
