New Grower Advice needed

Hi am needing some help! Germinated northern light seedling broke soil 7 days ago, light dual spectrum hid 400w, tent 1x1x2 dr, 6" rvk, temps 26, soul bio bizz all mix.

Everything was going well until today only have one set of leaves, set 2 just starting, first leaves look pale and should it be growing faster? New to this growing thing as first grow.

Any advice would be great.

This is the time when top growth is slow while the roots are forming.Just keep her moist and and she will take off more and more after every knew set of leaves.The new leaves always look lighter green until there out a few days and get more light.
