Hay bro welcome to AFN,what is the ratio of colours in the spectrum? Can't really tell you without that.
Thanks for the reply tang, had a feeling you would reply, im unsure of the actual ratio, its a vipar V400, original plan was to get a ms004 but its not available and I am unanle to wait until july. But once they release the new unit I will purchase it. Was hoping this v400 will be ok for the time being.

Thanks

i have a vipar led light mate, got the v600 and it works well so far, a great light. got a top cola that weighs roughly 1.5oz. they managed to penetrate the buds well, the light is running well and is of good quality. i also want one of the new GN lights, so im saving currently, its a good start up led, and should tie you over till you can get the GN, however its gonna be £130 for your light, would it not make more sense to run a hps until the GN is out to save on money for the light, then you have half your GN light fund saved away.

Thanks for the reply mate, they arnt doing to bad by the sounds of it mate, yes but for some reason I dont want to run a hps, I would rather get this led and start learning so when I get the gn unit I know a little already. I have wanted to go led for ages but struggled to find a good led for a budget. I eventually saved foe the ms004 to discover the day I wanted to order was not for sale lol so I found the vipar v400 havent seen many reviews but havent seen a bad one either and they offer 30day money back abd a year warranty. .I will be running a 200w cfl aswell

seeing some decent results with the Vipar bro so I think you will get on well with it.

I run a couple of Vipar v240's and have been very happy with them....i did add a few extra red spec CFL in flowering to help pack up the buds... Now i run 2 Vipars and an ms006 and am more then happy with the results.... Bet of luck:Sharing One:

Thanks for the replys gentleman, I think ill order this v400 and start saving then for the new GN Unit, I think it will be a great combo then, new and improved gn unit alobg with a v400, obviously I havent used a gn unit before but that is down to my reading from this site, especially tangs grows lol!
