Grow Update #2

Hi AFN Friends,

The 'Blue Mammoth' grow is rolling into the end of Week 8 and both lovely ladies look like they're about ready to come down. I gave both of them a final flush with 'Sledgehammer' and they'll both be getting straight h2O for the next few days until harvest time. Both the 'Blue Diesel' and 'Red Poison' are taking to the nute feedings very well and are displaying more vegetative growth every day. I'll take some final harvest pics of the 2 'Mammoth's in a few days and continue to track the progress on the 'Blue Diesel' and 'Red Posion'. I hope everyone is having a great weekend and I look forward to talking with you all in the forums.

Grow Update #3

Hi AFN Friends,

It's been a couple of weeks since I've posted an update to the grow log. Both of the 'Blue Mammoth' finished up beautifully at 61 and 65 days and a dry weight of 3 3/4oz.. I'm putting some pre-harvest and cured pics in this update. Th 'Blue Diesel' and 'Red Poison' are coming along on schedule. The 'Blue Diesel' is starting to form some nice buds and the "Red Posion' is starting to show a color shift into the red/purple hues and has overgrown the 'Blue Diesel' in height at 43"! I've also started a Royal Queen 'Northern Lights Auto' bean about 1 week ago. I'll probably finish up this log and shift everything that's still growing over to a new multi variety grow thread. As usual any comments, questions and/or suggestions are always appreciated!! I look forward to talking with all of you in the forums!!

Nice harvest of the blue mammoth dude :thumbs: those are on my list to grow. My red poison started getting colour right around day 30 too, so hopefully you end up with a nice red/purple pheno like I did.

Thanks for the feedback #Hansbricks! Yeah, the 'Blue Mammoth' ladies did turn in quite a nice final yield. This was the second grow with Mammoths and I must say they are a really nice smoke. It starts off very heady at first and then works into a nice overall body effect.

I was a little unsure on the 'Red Poison', at first, but then I saw how yours started showing color after about a month so I just sat back and waited for the show! "Munch..munch..munch The colors start to show almost immediately on the 'Purple Kush' though.

ahh man syb your mammoths turned out great! I'm with you on the smoke of the blue mammoth, its kind of unique I feel! not a bad harvest at all! Now you got some meds for sure! I'm super excited to see the colors of the red poison! I've debated on getting some beans from Sweet seeds for some color you might sway me towards some red poison beans.. :thumbs: If you switch your journal to another thread let me know style! Thanks for the positive vibes #eleventysix! Yeah, I was pleased with the amount the 'Blue Mammoth' grow turned out this time around. So far, so good on the 'Red Poison' grow too. She's growing very tall with bud sites all of the way down the stems. I'm curious to see much they start to fatten up as she progresses. I'm also anxious to see how the 'Blue Diesel' turns out as well. This is supposed to have one of the higher CBD percentages right now. Very curious to see how the CBD effects are with inflammation, pain management and reduction.
In addition to these two I've also added a Royal Queen 'Northern Lights' which is starting to show signs of growth acceleration and a Dinafem 'Moby Dick' which just popped up today! I feel that this grow is a pretty well rounded variety mix. I'll sub a new thread link as soon as I get it up and running.

Blue diesel it's a tasty smoke ^-^ very good imo berry taste super good and got a lil purple too

I do believe that red poison may turn out to be a red monster woodsyb!!! :firedevil: I've been looking at that strain awfully hard may just be on my next bean order. I wish they would do a sweet seeds promo on attitude get some freebies haha (I'm a cheap ass man) . See I didn't know it was a high CBD strain though.. They are relatively cheap beans too.. That would help the arthritis in my hand from where I've broken it so damn many times!! Football and baseball... they'll get ya ha..

Everything you grow makes me wanna go out and grab some of those seeds! I'm gonna get to where I can consistently produce monsters like you do I'm looking forward to seeing that red poison in the next 3 to 4 weeks! Gonna be a beaut! :gthumb::gthumb::gthumb:
