I would keep it going at all times. Helps build strength in the plant, mix the air, and keeps mold at bay.

there's nothing wrong with speeding up or slowing your air exchange to help with temps... I use a fan contorler, in the summer its on full blast in the winter around half to keep the heat in... just keep a keen eye on the RH if turn your fan down

Your fine plant can handle cold temps especially on light out my temps would drop to 16-20C on lights out (it’s only 6hours) then the HPS come back in
