hello guys

i was just wondering what would be best for my little greenhouse 1m x 1m x 2m i really like the conception of airpots and i cant see why they would nt work wonders the biggest ones i can find are 40cm - 30 litres what do you think ? id really like your feedback from previous experinces and eventually other suggestions to alternatives if theres better im completey new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated :peace:

Im using those 15l pots and i dont have anything but good to say. I have no experience on other sizes and what would be ideal size...all ive have read is that bigger is better..

How many plants you are going to grow in that space?

hello moby

brilliant im only going to have 4 growing at once and thats exactly what i was thinking the bigger the better "Stirring" im glad to hear that they work well i could get some smaller ones but i just thought go big from the start after reading many articles on space and root growth thanks for the feedback :peace:

What are theses like for watering? does the water piss out all the holes making a mess? Surly bits of perlite and soil must be flushed out each hole when watering meaning having to clean up every single time you water your plants.

Just guessing there from the look of them, never used them myself.

Hey Organic.

The air pots are brilliant. As KannibisKing said earlier 15lt air pots should be great for your setup.
No, the water doesn't pi55 out of the holes, well at least not if you water carefully, if you don't fill the pots up to the brim and only fill up to the recommended level (I think it's the third row from the top, the top 3 rows don't have any holes in them ). Anyway as they make for a better root system your plants will soon bind everything together.
Also if you leave a slight concave around your plant the water will easily soak down through.

Air pots rock!
I will never use anything ells.
you can mix them up. to get a tall skinny pot you can use diff. bottoms and just trim the ends.
I thought that they were kinda weird and skeptical at first. Then I tried one. Wow what a diff.

Thanks for the info oldskunk, I will have to take a closer look at them. Tbh most forums I have read, only have good things to say about theses pots.
One other thing I would say about them is that they dry out quicker than regular pots, but that's not a bad thing. I find it near to impossible to overwater using air pots. You won't regret using them.
