Indoor airpots

Iv used 3,6 and 10 and they all work great. One thing I would be carful with, is they may dry out very quick in a green house, depending on you climate of course.

Edit, lol didn't see the post above.

i have just started using airpots on my current grows, so far i have nothing bad to say about them.. the autos in the 20l ones are loving them, as are my photo plants in 20's and 10's... only had the water come out the side a couple of times at the start... i find water slow at first all round the edges and then into the center till the coco is saturated and then i can just pour away like normal..

I use coco aswell mate, and IMO I prefer coco to soil in Airpots, the coco just absorbs everything, where as I found with with soil it floats before being absorbed.

ok brilliant thanks for your feed back guys looks like ill be airpotting for sure im gonna start it bigger than recommended by using two 30l ones just for the simple fact of bringing my experience to you with a bigger model that not many seem to have ventured that far on the other hand if you get the results you are looking for in smaller sized airpots then i completly understand :Sharing One: well thanks very much to everyone i will be updating letting everyone know how it all goes and the difficulties i may encounter all being well in about 1 months time everything will be up and running and the seedlings will be homed :peace:

Sounds liken a plan mate , but if your aiming for 30L then your defo want to do less plants, good shout, as they will get damn big, Iv never seen a 30l but they must be huge. Over 1/2 bag coco/compost for just one pot.

Hey Hazy, just started my first grow and after hours of researching everything I went with air pots as everyone seems to love them. Also like the sound of them drying quicker as the most common rookie mistake seems to be over watering! I will be interested to see how the 30 litres go. I have auto AK and Auto blueberry x sweet tooth in 10 litre pots. 7 days old and so far they have held the moisture very well. Am I right to let the soil dry right out before watering? its still damp but not dry, however they feel considerably lighter already! When I do water should I wait for run off or just moisten them back up? Plants are on their second node so still real small. Scared to drown them!! Sorry jumping in on your thread, I have so many questions and love this forum, its great to know people are willing to share their experience.Life is to short to learn from your own mistakes sometimes so its always good to learn from others when you can. Happy air potting! Will follow your grow!
