Grow Mediums AN Ph Perfect users only please

I use coco sensi in DWC which has even more cal/mag than the regular version and I still have to use extra calmag. My current grow has sucked more calmag than any other grow I've done before haha. I dunno if you use leds or not but they definitely require more calmag.

I know exactly what you mean ,i was just as shocked . i was just looking about on why my ph perfect didnt work at first then realised AN never mentioned using calmag they say RO water, then it occurred to me to check to see if sensi base nutes have enough of there own cal-mag from the research i did i found others not using it as well,so i tried it and my plants got healthier as a result but it still didnt get the buffers in ph perfect working ,arguably they are working just not how it says on the label as it dose manage to drop my ph to 6.4 but because of heavy chelation it can absorb out of the ph limits ..apparently..but i would never let it sit on 6.4 so i use ph down at the min. i should have said im just testing it now but its working so far for me.

i dont do anything but add nutes to water and stir ..... had problems with it at 1/2 str but almost none at full , even less when i quit fiddling trying to adjust ... no top ups or anything really ... all i do is let the res empty most of the way by the end of the week there isnt much left toss it and start over
