Mephisto Genetics Another Dream Farm Project!

Hey look at the sp3000. It’s one bar with a extremely impressive even spread for a single bar. It would take a couple per lag but man if u had a white liner for night it would reflect as good as a tent and these would give the smallest foot print for a light

Yeah man that’s what I am thinkin something exactly like that. If I go with the pre made option 4 of these would def do the trick. I really wish I could find a 5’ strip light. That would be fookin amazing. I am assuming that the DIY nature of a lot of this stuff allows for fairly easy flexibility. Like how hard would it be to make one of these style lights but 5’ long instead of less than 4’ and maybe have them be 400 watts instead of 300. Is that doable @pop22 or @damien50

They’ll reach out an extra 6” covering a 6’ area as the 4’ coverage was insane and the 5’ coverage was good especially considering autos get 18-24 hrs of this light. Not enough for photos but enough for autos.

The 3000 is just under 4’ long but will cover a 5’ length area easily especially when you’ll have 4. I was gonna put three in a 4x8 but gonna compare two new 4800 FC since I don’t have shadow from the sun to consider.

What's with this????

"Fluence recommends mounting SPYDR 2i fixtures 6” above the top of your canopy to guarantee optimal light uniformity, penetration and flux density above a 4’x4’ canopy. "

He would have to change his current grow method for that to work as the company intended. Isn't this light for a vertical grow?

You have to understand that, that is for a professional setup with like 800ppm CO2. At 6" those things are getting hit with 1200-1500 ppfd. It would fry my plants in my current grow if it were that close. Like I've said I have messaged them several times, and I asked them once what they recommend for my space without C02 and there summary was get a 47" 2i and place it around 12-14 inches. It will cover 7x7 around 700-800 ppfd. Which is honestly at the limit of what plants will even take without C02. You can write these guys and be like" I got a 4x4 grow tent blah blah blah, they will take the time to do the math for you and let you know what you need. No judgement, not even pressure to even buy their product. I dont even own their stuff, but with the service I have got from them... owning one of their lights is like a wet dream of mine lol

I didn't see ant PPFD figures on the site. That should be a good selling point for them. I just find that odd.

Some stills. I am trying get the stuff off my phone to upload the time lapse
