I've decided I'm going to use the full AN line for my first auto grow(pH perfect grow micro bloom). I've bought all the supplements as well(except for Rhino Skin, because I have some DynaGro Protekt and Flawless Finish, because I'm growing in soil this doesn't seem to be as important to me for flushing).

My question is, are there any AN supplements that folks have had negative results with or ones that require a bit more caution in using? I'm trying to maximize my grow, but I want to be mindful of any potential issues caused by someone with lack of experience using all the supplements they offer.

Full list of what I have:

Grow
Micro
Bloom

Voodoo Juice
B52
Big Bud
Overdrive
Piranha
Bud Candy
Tarantula
Nirvana
Sensizym
Bud Ignitor
Bud Factor X

Ive only used tangs easy schedule in soil sensi bloom a and b and carboload and overdrive.
I would reccomend using another brand of calmag as a few growers on here had problems with it cause it has added nitrogen

Totally agree...i'd avoid AN calmag xtra, as 4-0-0 is a terrible ratio for a necessary flowering additive.

I have some GH CaliMagic, so I'll use that as needed. Thanks for the heads up!

I've only just started using bud factor x on my current grow and I haven't noticed anymore frost coverage than any other grow...

But harvest time will tell I suppose.

I really like AN calmag it dug me out of an N deficiency on this grow and my first ever plant.

I don't understand the argument that it's got too much N..

Use less dosage?

k

I don't it really helps the frostiness of it so much as the increase oil production to the point of being greasy.

Stick to bud candy over Kushy kush......if you really let your plants dry out wet betty...

I use bagged Blk gold organic ORMI soil so unless you are realllllllly vegging long time I don't use the tarant and pir not worth it.

Unless you running full sats or very tall plants bud ignitor can keep some strains overly short like indies can be.

I don't use the overdrive.

Goodluck

The problem is when its mixed with other parts of the schedule the combined nitrogen is often too high for mid flower cycle(when you need calcium and magnesium the most). I had nitrogen overdosing on a few of autos I grew out last winter. In order to stay on top of it I had to cut out the sensibloom A (3-0-0). Sure it would be a great addition for a plant suffering nitrogen deficiency, but for well fed plants 4-0-0 is a negative quality during flower.
