Wait until all trychomes are milky,And most pistols are dryed. There are some autos that show a few amber but not all.and also some that are ready to chop but have very few yellowed leaves.
Thx so its all up to the eye of the beholder.... first it was brown hairs then it was amber trichomes, but whit afs its milky trichomes , another site claims you have to watch the degrading of the leaves. Damn its hard to grow pot :-)

Not hard at all.

Yeah I'm confused too, ive grown about 15 different auto's now, harvested all when 50% milky and 50% amber.
All 15 have turned amber and not one had the leaves turn yellow.
I grow dwc whether that makes a difference or not,i do not know but my erb is always good enough for me,thats all that counts I reckon.
I think you have some weeks left yet but I am a rookie at this.

They are still growing, not in hight but just getting fat, found a problem with one of my pots, the holes i drilled got filled up and the water dint go tru (perlite got stuck). Now i got that fixed and the plant turns back to a greenish color. The two others are doing great, getting fatter and fatter... my tomatoplants first crop will finish before they are ready to harvest.

It to some extent is up the the grower when you decide to cut.It will depend on what you want the finished product to do,the maturity or degradation of the trichome will create a different effect/high depending on if the plant was chopped when they are clear/milky/Amber or a combination of all three, there is more to consider than just leaves, pistils,or trichs ,if you know the strain attributes and what it's supposed to do you can adjust it from there..not one size fits all

Yea already googled them white widow, northenlight and blueberry, the blueberry is the biggest and has purple leaves. From stoned to uplifting high

I am waiting for my first harvest and was quite confused when I started reading about harvesting. Look at the leaves, colours of trichomes....so many different suggestions.

I have desided to watch trichomes. When I see some amber, I will start rinsing with pure tap water for 10-14 days and harvest when my, not yet very developed gut feeiling say "Chop'em!".
