Thats a great idea. Extra points for repurpose thinking. Using the a/c housing should give you some ideas for more stealth.

The thing about using a window is that this needs to be top secret even to people who know I have central air, no dryer vents going outside, etc. The neighbors are less of a worry. They're kind of far away anyway.

Hang a blind in the window build a box that encases the window then attach the vent hose to the box so from the outside all people would see is a blind
But if you are living in a house parents relatives and you have to go to this length to hide your hobby in your own home then you probably should respect the property owners and not bother as its only a matter of time before you are caught you may not smell the wonderful ganja but that is because you become nose blind after a few hours but someone who just walks in will smell it but........

make sure the door to the room is air tight 100% and that should help also like extra weather stripping along the door frame so on so forth

Ive found Ozone generators to generate more of a "whats that smell?" question than they are worth. They do the job of destroying the odor of this plant but they are "dangerous" if run constantly as well as the peculiar smell they have of there own.

Those are valid observations, which implies UVB-sterilization needs to be complemented (read "neutralized"); so i still get to wonder why not after spending resources over half of the job... Please say more.
