Ok great thanks for the advice I was actually going to run them at 300w wall draw so 100w per bar I think ok so that for this run and see how they go.

I downloaded a lux meter on my iPhone but it gives different reading from the front and back camera so wasn't sure which side was right lol
You plants can take more light in flower than in veg. I ran my QB light at 30" in veg while running at 360 watts. A meter will gauge how much light is hitting the canopy but that doesn't tell you where to put the light. And every strain is different. Watch closely for light burn, it starts at the tips of the top leaves. You se the slightest sign, raise your light 4-6" and see if it stops. If your light is as high as it can go, time to bend, tie, break branches!
Yea I started on hps until about 4 weeks then added one bar at 170w to 400w hps and was fine but now it's all cobs they are abit shocked I think lol.
They are at 42 days and 30 I think. Overnight the leafs went from fully spikey to softened and praying so see how they are when I get home, they are still getting on really well.

Veg 300-500 umoles, flower withour CO2 up to 1000 umoles.
With cheap 10$ LUX meter you can get pretty close with these numbers as with 150$ PAR meter. We know QER, LER and other numbers from calculations and also from sphere tests.
Lol makes it sound easy and recommendations on a lux meter?
