My sugar leaves wilt and then recover later. I thought they were doing it because the grow room got to 59F one day (they bounced back), I thought i fixed the space heater but the next day it got to 58F (bounced back) got a new heater. That next day the plant needed water so everything had a wilt (as expected) watered it (bounced back) today the fan leaves have no wilt but the sugar leaves do. They were fine last night at like 10pm. The temp was 72-81 the whole night, but still they wilted. Its dark period right now, but ill bet dollar to peso they will have a slight wilt and then bounce back later tonight. Im like a couple of days into flowering and i dont want this to a. stress the plant and b.effect the flowering phase.

some of the fan leaves have a tilt upward at the end but not many. And i had the slightest nute burn last week (everyone said it was the perfect amount of burn) I fed it yesterday 1/4 EJ Bloom 1/4 EJ Catalyst full GH Rapid Start im in FFOF

Ill get pics in like an hour when the lights turn on. Anyone ever seen this?

Would be good to see some pics..if your sugah leaves wilt n die or fans that are in the bud check good as you might have mold or bud rot in the middle this is a good indicator for that..check you humidity and airflow. But as yours are just waiting and coming back idk...

Im seeing a lot of MG deficiency when i Google the situation can this be another sign of that?

hey Panic

i am currently growing 4 plants under a 400w HPS. i had the exact same problem as you just described with 2 of my plants. some of the leafs would drop (looked like over water to me) and then would come back up. it also started when the plants started to go into flower.

I observed this happening over a couple of days and it was like clockwork. once the plants had around 16 hours of light they would start the droop until lights off at 20 hours. (i run 20/4) and then once the lights come back on they would be fine. i started to notice the signs of possible calcium or magnesium deficiency, because i was still only using 25% strength i double it to 50% and that fixed it a little.

one plant has gone into full flower now and does not have the problem any more. and my other plant is still not in full flower yet and still has the leaf droop problem, but not nearly as much.

so I'm not exactly sure what it is, but my plants appear to be healthy and strong and I'm hoping it will grow out of it when its in full flower.

but hopefully someone on here knows what it is....

thanks,

Dude thank god,
Well i looked online and it kept pointing to a MG deficiency, but im glad you literally did the same thing. I gave mine an epsom salt foliar and 1 cup of epsom/water ( 1 tbsp per gallon) and it bounced back with in the hour. I have some pics. Funny thing when I took the pictures it got pissed off again. Here though

This is an old fan leaf i realized it only (showed this nute issue) on the older fan leaves, but this is the main cola with the wilted sugar leaves

dark green leaves in the middle and real light on the edges she needed magnesium long time ago, might effect yield...just my opinion

I think I caught her early enough into flowering, that it shouldn't be horrible. The old fan leaves just started doing that, from what i read that is still in the early stages. Im keeping my fingers crossed.
