Live Stoner Chat Article on Mason Jar resurgence

Good article, thanks for sharing. Seems Mason jars never lost their popularity here in the South. Many people still do a lot of canning and by this time of year, they can sometimes be hard to find. Most stores have sold out by now. I like those squat 8 oz. ones for my ready stash and they are very hard to find. So I order them here: http://www.freshpreservingstore.com...nt-8-oz-wide-mouth-jars-set-of-4/shop/229661/. Stacked two high they fit perfectly in my desk drawer.

When my mom passed away she had boxes of the old Ball blue glass quarts and they were her mothers so they were pretty old.I should have kept them but they went quick at the auction, dammit.

The ones they sell on Amazon are no ware near the same as the original ones, the glass was about three time as thick as the ones they sell now.

Mason Jars!!
Love those things, been keeping my stash in them for ever! The jelly jar is just right to keep my Magic Flight and a tic tac container, or my large grinder. Keeps the herb fresh and the aroma contained!
Thanks for the article!

Yeah we Euros use them as i have Family fom the Staates and my Uncle was based as a Soldier in Germany i always got some from Him o his Wife for my Granny for storing self made Marmelade :D

I live in the Midwest out here in nothing but farm country. You can't find mason jars any where this time of the year.
