Seed Bank Attitude auto seeds ????? DO THEY CARE?????

Why is it every time I order auto seeds ,for the last 3 yrs, because thats all I ever order,they persist on sending me photo seeds as free seeds all the time?They don't mean shit to me and I can't get rid of them,60 plus seeds.How can I GET only autos from them,or should I start ordering from HERBIES ?

yes order from herbies auto site and you get auto freebees.....I with attitude your lucky to get auto freebees ..I dont know why they send photo seeds to a guy that buys 100 to 200+ dollars in autos..I'v E mailed them so many times I cant count I'v givven up and feel as a customer they don't care about my best interest so with thatr I'v given my buissnes to herbies or try this place ......

Thanks for the new info, if the attitude doesn't change their policy they won't get any more of my bucks and everyone I correspond with,I guess they don't need us that grow only AUTO'S.

The thread has 27 pages of comments about members' experiences with Attitude, and I think you'll be very hard-pressed to find more than a handful of complaints - and I believe the majority, if not all of those complaints were handled very professionally by the folks at Attitude and led to satisfied customers.

It may seem obvious to you that they would give you Autos as freebies when you order auto seeds, but that might not have been the promotion that they were running at the times you ordered your seeds. Have you contacted the folks at Attitude to voice your opinion? After you received photoperiod seeds as freebies the first time you ordered Auto seeds, did you ask them if you could get Autos as freebies when you placed the rest of your orders? If you were so unhappy with the service, why did you continue to order from them for three years?

Longhair--on your next order try this: Log in fill your cart with your order. If you do not get what you expect as auto freebies--cancel the order. Then reorder the next day. You may be surprised to see more auto freebies. That is what I did per my last order. First order was 3 to 1 photos. Next day 3 to 1 auto freebies. Thinking maybe luck of the draw or the system tagged my cancellation and adjusted the freebies. Who knows. Tinker with them.

got 3 photo + 3 auto for the promo.

was definitely a successful order for me with no guaranteed service.

you can try and email em to see if they can replace the freebies -- worth a shot.

They are not "persisting" to send you free photo seeds. They are promotions to get you to buy certain product lines. I purposely order a lot of my stock based around the promotions. I've gotten free t-shirts; free grinders; and TONS of free seeds; including autos from Attitude. I've had orders around 30 seeds and received nearly the same amount as freebies. You don't look a gift horse in the mouth son. Free is free; they don't HAVE to send you ANYTHING if they didn't want to. Learn to appreciate what people do for you instead of complaining about what they don't. And click on the PROMOTIONS tab on their website; you'll see the seed company listed promotions on there and often time that's where I'll find my free auto strains; it's not the UFO freebies that have been giving me auto's. Those are just icing on the cake

hey longhair i had the same thought process as you when i was getting photo freebies with my purchased order of autos. I decided to wirte them in the comment box asking them, in a very polite manner to swap out at least one photo strain for some autos. I assurred them that i was a returning customer and wanted to continue being one if they were willing to display outstanding customer service by accomodating my needs. When i got my seeds i did indeed get some fem autos as my free seeds. I got 3 fem autos instead of 5 free reg photos and was pleased. I wrote them a thank you letter and told them that i would pass the word on so i guess that's what i'm doing now.

try writing an email. you'd be surprised what people will do if you just ask sometimes. goodluck~

I dont know if I'm out of order here but is it not amusing that so many people (no offense meant to anyone in particular), moan about what they get as freebies?
After all - is it not the ones paid for which are most important?
I think the word "Freebie" kinda sums it up - if you're not paying for it - do you have a right to complain if it's not what you wanted?
Like the chocolates left on a Hotel pillow - do you go to Reception and complain?
If the freebies are becoming that important - remember you will be paying for them in hiked bean prices - so let's not get too wound up about it.
