Auto Blue Cheese First Grow

Hi there just thought I would introduce myself and tell you about my grow. I am a newbie and starting with a stealth attic grow I am growing big Buddha auto blue cheese due to limited height space I plan in the future to grow big bud and screen it to try to keep height to a minimum, at the moment I have 4 auto autflowers I am running a 6" fan and a 125 cfl light but i want to change over to 400 w hps. I would like some advice as when to do this as not to sure I am running the lights on a 20/4 schedule and after about 7 weeks will change to 14/10 as this was recommended to me but I would be open to any advice as it all helps I have posted a few pictures of the progress so far and will continue to post in the future also when should I start to add nutrients such as formulex, canna A+B and boost to them ? they are 5 days old from seed

I normally put mine under 600w hps from cfl after a week roughly when I pot into final pots. Have the light high not miles away but high and over the next couple days lower it until at perfect height. I run 20/4 whole way through but some do 18/6 and I do give a 24hour dark period before I chop. Good luck with the grow plenty of knowledge on here and help. Have heard nothing but good things from the strain you choosen. I currently have a blue cheese auto by dinafem approaching week 4.

here is what i think and i did. I used my cfl til the lady was about 2-3 weeks old and had grown some set of leafs.
as of with neuts, you can start of with a+b neuts after about 2 weeks or about when the secound set of leafs is upp running. remember to start off with a low dosage and always follow the leafs of your bby.
if she gets hungry, she will fade out in color ( become yellowish) like this pic:

Or if you feed them to much, they will get burnd (neutburn) and you will quick see that in the tip of the leafs. (becomes yellow, orange ish)

to start of keep a good distance from your hps and tops, 50-60 cm maybe. and lower afterwards as the ladies grow bigger and stronger.

The leafs will tell you when she is too hot by curling upp her leafs.

i run 20/4 all the way

Thanks for all the replies greatly appreciated I am going to check out a nutrient schedule I was given, think is all I need to know for now but I know where to come if I am stuck great info and help here and will update pics shortly put them under 400w hps today and had a bit of a heat problem with it being an attic grow but have now sorted an intake fan and hopefully the fresh feed of cool air should sort this out and will get in there tomorrow and exhaust it straight out the roof rather than into attic space as had quite warm weather of late, there is a medium sized fan inside pointed at the light trying to cool it above the plants as well. I have sealed the room up and left it for just now and will check it again in an hour to see if has helped the temp fingers crossed.

Update

I just had to give you guys an update I am sure I will stop getting so excited about my little ladies but here is ANOTHER update lol.

These autos amaze me at how fast they are changing in front of my eyes, I have my first nodes and hopefully will be able to sex soon they be fems but fingers crossed lol so far so good I will post a few pictures of the nodes as clear as I can.




Do these ladies look good and healthy for day 11 (This is including germinating for 2-3 days) ?








As I don't know what they should look like I don't know if they are doing well or not. I have tried find Before, During and After pictures of my strain on Google images and on here but found nothing and I cant find a stage by stage journal either so just going on guess work.

Any feedback good or bad better is much appreciated guys saves me the guessing work and possibly screwing it up lol

So I will keep posting and hopefully if anyone notices anything wrong they can let me know cheers guys.

Has anyone got previous experience growing BB Auto Blue Cheese before ?

If so what like were the finished results and any finished pictures had a quick search but not found much on the forum yet will keep trying though.

hi bigbudda love your choice in strain - I feel your exitment man , been doing as much research on these seeds as much as possible these last couple days and never really came across any journals either. id say its all looking good for 11days growth tho mate. what medium are you growing in ? :smokebuds:

its Atima cocoa substrate I wanted to use plagron batmix but wasn't in stock so thought would give it a go see what like and just started to introduce canna A + B today 1.5 ml per 1.5 l in separate bottles now so as to keep track of feed more accurately, Will work A+B up to 6 ml over coming weeks so hopefully should help them along a bit will keep posting to this thread at least then I will have started a journal lol maybe not the best but a start and if all goes well just going to keep growing this strain for a while and experiment see what happens.
But going to concentrate on getting a successful grow under my belt before starting to experiment, I think this is what my life has been missing lol home grown organic goodies cant wait to taste them

Does anyone have any advice on whether or not to use canazym and rhizotonic? If so what are the benefits in using these as far as I understand canzym is used for re using soil is this right and if so I wouldn't need it.

I also need some advice about when to start using pk 13/14 and boost should these be introduced when plant starts to flower or before ? these nutes can get quite complicated especially on autos lol
