I decided to put this one in a separate thread. This is the Autoblueberry around 2nd week of flowering:

She has predominately been grown in the window, but now and then when its been cloudy she's also had some hrs under a 300W cfl. The initial hermie problem seem to be under control. No new pollen sacks has emerged. 4 lit. pot and the soil I'm using is a light mixture specially designed for growing spices and herbs (tried googling the company for detailed info without success), and so far I can't see that she's lacking anything. Development seem to be slower in the window though. She came above ground 12th of May, and didn't start to flower until after well over a month. Watering with plain tap water (ours is clean and chloride free).

No big expectations on this one, only showing by what easy means you can provide yourself with some quality stash.

hello glocal, i hope she will get you a decent amount of bud. One feature of AutoFems is that they are adaptable enough to be able to give you bud in situations where traditional varieties would not -for example an arctic window ledge. Can you say what latitude you are at ?

Third week of flowering:

No big developments, and I'm still not adding any nutrients. Maybe I'll add half a dose of bio bizz flowering next week. There's a bug problem however. Every year around this time I get these problems. I believe its the larva from some type of fly eating on the leaves leaving those white spots behind. I've found small brown worms. If someone has a good organic recipe for getting rid of them I'd be grateful!

From now on the plant will only get sunlight through the window. Tent is down, had a dinafem Royal Haze (last years freebie) that took ages to finish! And I didn't even let it finish properly since I had to move the gear. Some 13 + weeks of flowering is a long time and still another week would've been good!

update next week hopefully.

Oh, and the latitude I'm growing at is approximately 64 degrees north. Not exactly within the arctic circle (which is at 66) but close enough. I have a summer cabin within the arctic circle however. Plan was to grow there also, but circumstances meant I can't go there until maybe august, by then the grow season will be over there.

Week five of flowering:

Insects are starting to become a problem now. Ive sprayed with some garlic water, hoping that that will deter them, no major improvements though. Summer has been crap, sun is shining with its absence ...

My own auto crossings are suffering even more from these little bastards, here seen next to the AB:

I've never had a problem as severe as this with bugs before, plants have always tended to outgrow them. Maybe all this rain and moist is bringing out the worst nature has to offer. I live on ground level too, so its easy for bugs to get in, unfortunately.

Try a Hot-Shot No-Pest strip... they will neutralize all that crawls, just avoid inhalation of fumes, and never expose yourself to it for more than 3 hours at a time..

Late in week 8 of flower, close to finish:

No huge yield, but considering that I basically payed nothing for this grow (only the soil), it turns out to be a pretty cheap stash yet of high standard! Thank you Dutch Passion for this opportunity. Window growing is the way to go for the average grower. Gives you a very tasty bud and you hardly have to pay for anything!

Some bud is better than no bud mate :smokeit: i love the single cola are they all like this would love to grow one and see how much you can get from one under lights

yo local, your window bud looks decent ! What latitude was this at?

Approximately at lat. 64N.

The early part of summer was quite cloudy, which probably diminished the yield quite a bit. Bud is now drying, my guess is that the total dry weight will land at around 5-7 grams maybe - which is about a two month supply for someone at my level of consumption.
