Auto Jack Herer Deficiency or something

Hello guys i ran into another problem if you guys can tell me whats wrong well i started some new seeds and it seems like there drying up or not doing so well i have this one that only sprouted and i hope will make it that 1 problem

next is my plants jack hearers autos are not doing so good they are look sad droopy with watering i water around the stem and the base but i have not fully drench the pots only after they started to look bad because of nutrient burn or hot fox farm as well etc if u guys can tell me whats wrong or if u need more pics let me know thanks

they have all started looking like this few days apart from each other i tried to let but idk if its so good to stress em out
 
...regular light pics please, LED is lousy for diagnostics!... ironically, both under- and overwatering cause drooping,...hefting the pots will tell you if they feel too light, and are overall dry,.. patchy moisture is not a good thing! If really heavy, they're overwatered... try making a separate pot up, no plant, just reasonably moisten soil to "calibrate" you feel for this.... seedlings like even consistent moisture initially, until a week , then let them dry a bit to force root seeking deeper,...
 
my lower leaves since they were drooping and still are for some reason they have yellow spots on the leaves i think from the soil being on them when watering i know the pot trick when watering to feel how damp the soil is

spotting ? well its only under brush witch is doing so but my plants its been a few days since i posted they still don't look better or worse so i waited about ehh 3 days ago just about on april 14th at 8 pm i watered them and came back today the 17th at 1 pm in the afternoon the soil was dry from picking the pot up i watered the autos here in the pic above the 3 of them i ave them just about 22 to 24 oz since they are getting bigger and i watered in a way were after it drained i poured a bit more about 5 more oz's on each one just to make shure i saw run off
 
so here is a update on my girls for some odd reason i do not see them getting better or worse they are growing at a slow rate one plant look still droopy i stop watering so much with a 1 gallon pot and autos and its a air pot how do u guys water with these on top of that next question with these normally the watering cycling with weed does it take a normal lets say 4 days for it to dry out i know all is different but whats kinda standard in this ?
 
Looplife I understand your having some issues getting your foxfarms nutes dialed in just right.. Ill see if i can find a staff member who can help with the foxfarms nute line.. All i ask is you pass it on on the other sight..And you also have other questions.. Im going to sub to your journal and help you along the best I can..
 
yes i will pass on or do what u guys ask for the benefit of others bro thanks again i spoken to one dude u sent me to and he has been helpful he is saying i might need to get bigger pots as well
