Thanks mate, I removed loads 2 days ago and loads new leaf replace what I removed.
I been taking leaf every 2 days. she is very nice plant just need some vertical growth.

haha, yes i know what you mean it is never ending. I always grab a couple of handfull when I'm in the tents.
I think it pays off in yield, tighter buds and easier trim.

You have tight internodal length so a stretch might not be as much as you hoped. Mine don't stretch until they start showing they are going into flower. So a little while yet imo.
