Lighting Autocob and Apollo 11 Grow

Hey, thank you so much gentlemen!
Yeah, these lights are simply amazing! I'd love to do a side by side grow using the 3500 on one side and the 4000k 97cri on the other, but it's looking like I may not have the time to

I'd say the 3500k would do much better. The more grows I see and do the more I think the 3500k has enough blue for veg and how I'd not want to take away from the red.

@BigSm0 I thought that the 4000k 97cri has slightly more red and lots more blue than the 3500k 90cri?

Man the few grows I have seen using Cobs, the more impressed I am with them.Looks like I will Have to do some homework, in case I run into some extra cash to go for some

I have grown quite a bit of C99, grown, and made plenty of xes with it. I have some Apollo 11 F2s that I need to repro sometime soon, as the seed is a few years old but still viable. How do you compare the C99 and the A-11 smoke wise.

I have grown quite a bit of C99, grown, and made plenty of xes with it. I have some Apollo 11 F2s that I need to repro sometime soon, as the seed is a few years old but still viable. How do you compare the C99 and the A-11 smoke wise.

I can honestly say that after using these cobs, I'll never go back to panels! They really are that outstanding!
Sweet! I love me some C99! The C99 I grew out was from Female Seeds, so I can only compare the Bodhi A11 F4 to that, but I'd say that the A11 is a little more cerebral, deep thinking, and definitely lasts a lot longer. I normally do a 10min sesh on my Arizer Air and the A11 buzz lasts right around 2hrs compared to the C99s 1hr. She can definitely slap ya silly if you over do it though, lol. I made the mistake of doing .5ml of A11 green dragon (1/2oz A11 QWET reduced to 30ml) followed by a 10min sesh about 30mins later and I pretty much greened out. Don't get me wrong, I love falling off into outer space, but holy hell man, I was mins away from freak out town, ha!

Slightly less red and more blue. Veg is never an issue as the cobs always seem to do better then the spectrum shows. They also do well in flower but I'd rather have the small red boost myself.

@BigSm0 Ok, now I'm really confused. How does the 3500k 90cri have more red than the 4000k 97cri? Not trying to be a smart ass or anything like that...just trying to make sense of it all. Red is ~660 and far red is ~730. Going off the charts, the 4000k 97cri comes in around 85% while the 3500k 90cri comes in at 80%. And at ~730, the 4000k comes in at around 18%, while the 3500k looks to come in at 15%.
Again, not trying to argue or anything like that...I'm just trying to understand.

Heard good about Female Seeds genetics. I was fortunate to get some Bro Grimms C99 f4s, from a breeder friend of mine that reproed them for his own use and to share with some of us. Glad that they are regs for making F5 m/f and for breeding , but at some point I will make some fems with a keeper or two. He also made some C99auto fems. Same pineapple smell and taste as the photo strain. Was also nice to get some original Bro Grimms A-11 from an older friend of mine who got several breeder packs of F1s. Have a MOB x C99auto that I will be throwing outdoors in a few days.

Thanks also about the 'warning' on the GDT with the A-11. I live on GDT. I know what you mean about mins away from freaking out, I do it all the time when I make GDT and Canna caps with new strains for me.

You are absolutely right. I read it Fast and didn't realize it was between 90 and 97. There is less red in 4000k 90 Cri vs 3000k. That's what I meant. The 97 4000k does have more red than the 3000k 90 Cri.

Very nice! I would've loved for the C99 to have been the BG gear. That C99 auto sounds awesome! Seedsman has some BB x C99 that I just picked up...I can't wait to pop them!
Man, sounds like you've got some excellent genetics you're running! I picked up BGs latest A11, but I'm not sure how it's going to compare to their original.
Lol, no worries. I love me some GD...even though it never fails to give me a hang over every time.
