It might be easier to get them through delicate sprout phase with a T5 or CFL rather then a hot 400. Once they get a couple of true leafs unleash the HID.

i had them under a 4 bulb 2ft hydrofarm t5 96w in total but the grow room had to be ripped up due to mold from a flood so i had them in a closet with a couple of other plants and the t5 wasnt covering all of them well,all i have is this space and the under construction closet and i need to repaint and seal it up so it has to be a couple of days you know ? i hope they do well should i give them a tiny amount of nutes ? i use veg+bloom by hydroponic research with awesome results. I use it in a coco perlite mix its easy to flush out and makes plants shoooot .. only other nutes i have is AN mother earth tea and i do not think it works very well i did 4 runs with nothing good
