lol thanks dude i just started 3 new purple kush autos and a NL auto i will put them directly into 3 gallon pots once sprouted .. or should i put them in rockwool then 3 gallon pots?

either way will work l ony grow in 5 gal buckets DWG I germ in water overnight then put the sprout (here goes) root up! into a 4" rockwool and wait for the root to show through the bottom then put in the net pot . then I call it Day 1

Just kidding, i've never done DWC, never put a seed in upside down (on purpose) and never defoliated the hell out of my plants ... then again it was only a couple of years ago that any training other than LST on autos was frowned upon - but look at growers like Hazy and your good self budhead, snapping here, topping there - he who dares (possibly) wins ^_^

If it were me I'd try to determine what stunted those plants ... unless those are tiny pots I think it's more than pot size ...

It would be great if one of the more experienced growers here started a thread addressing the issue of what stunts an auto ...

it was me thinking they needed to fill up those pots before transplant i knew something was wrong but any auto o have seen has had a slow start in a week if they dont grow im going to toss em

you should try the DWC sometime my hydro supplier talked me into it

whatsup guys i started my new seeds on 6/20 at like 1am by 6/23 they were all planted in 3 gallon pots i dont have enough room for my tiny t5 so i am using my 400w hps so there is some stretching I'm getting my room set up i know its only been 4 days but if there life span is only 2-3 months they shouild be growing fast ... should i use some nutes to give em a kick start a tiny ppm like 50

one is in a one gallon and the other in 3 gallon pots I'm using a 400w hid appx 24 inchs from plants temps are already 86 can't go any lower
