I have 2 plants on the go one I started on a window ledge for 2 weeks before the LED light area was ready this plant started really bushy and dense, the other plant started in the LED room is flowering so far no signs of flowering from the older plant any advice appreciated

Just let it keep growing. It might be slightly delayed developmentally behind it's sister due to the lighting issue so it might still catch up and start flowering, or it might be a male. Either way you'll find out soon enough. One other option is that it might be showing photoperiod traits so you might end up having to put it on a 12/12 light cycle to induce flowering in the future. I'm dealing with that currently.
