thanks for the response. Its a shame we had so much rain this year 3rd rainiest june on record. I was really discouraged. In the summer my greenhouses ge over 100* so they arent an option maybe I will do a greenhouse grow this winter instead.
i'd get a mini polytunnel 1 meter high and 2m long and make a line of 10 of them with a horse dynamite dung under each plant, and train them out from the edge of the polytunnel towards the centre, so that they are always warm and dry, and the roots can develop outwards from the edge of the tunnel. Here it rained an entire 11 millimeters between 23 june and 28 july, and it was above 30 degrees for about 3 weeks. i have to find ponds to plant near. still have some 7 ft tall superauto x autokush x dragon x thinkdifferent x purple maroc, its pretty cool.
