Hello to all

Been reading this forum for quite a time, got many very good informations here, real class act community here:clap:

Last year tried first time growing with some random seed of photosensitive plants and got nice results with just one plant:)

Okay, this year I decided to try autoflowers. Was thinking at first which strain to choose and later decided for DP Autoxtreme, which should yield good and also should be easy 'to grow'.

So, I bought 3 seeds, 2 seeds were germinated directly from the soil, one seed was first presoaked in rain water and after that puted into Plagron royalty mix. Pots for seeds '1' & '2' are 5.5 gallon and 7.1 gallon and in that pots is mix between some pot soil(composana) with home made compost. This mix was done one month before start of grow, wetted with water and placed inside to 'cook itself'.

Pot for seed '3' is 6.6 gallon with, before mentioned, Plagron soil. All pots have a layer of material for drainage.

Grow started at 15 may with seeds '1' & '2' placed directly in soil mix, I than poured little bit of water above to increase humidity. These 2 pots had protective cover around to protect them from bad weather and to warm them up a little bit during nights. Place has aprox. 12 hours directly exposion from sun and days are long :) They needed around 4 days to come above the soil(19 may)

Seed '3' was soaked in rain water and 2 days it germinated and was placed directly into soil at 22 may. To protect the seed from quite 'hot soil', I placed small cup of some random soil for pot flowers into center of 6.6 gallon pot and everything is under small greenhouse:)

Had them under cover for two weeks and after i removed it, was not around garden for few days while there were some storms and heavy rain. After I come back, everything was soaked and water in pot trays, so I decided to remove pot trays :)

I want to have this grow as much 'organic' as I can, have picked up nettles and soaked them in water, natural nitrogen fertilizer:)
One plant which was outside of protective plastic a little bit before the other one and 'survived' more rains, become a little bit more bright, almost like bottom leaves turning into yellow. My thought was maybe cauze of lack of nitrogen and I give her little nuts from nettles mixed with water.

Here they are between 2-3 weeks old, didn't have the optimal weather, lots of cloudiness. Also one leaf curled up and twisted 'inself', have no idea why...:D

And 4th week, getting some preflowers :)

Seed '3' from greenhouse

This one from greenhouse didn't have so much direct sunlight available, so it is quite strecthed for it's age. I will place her outside on nice sunny area, weather should be stable in future days :) In case of rain/storms it will be puted to safe, under roof. Don't wanna get my soil being flushed by rain anymore.

Will post some pics later, it's one month since start of germination in soil for seeds '1' & '2' :)

Any advice and comments much appreciated !

Peace

Little update :)

It was quite nice weather for last week, sunny and without storms. I made some more home made fertilizer from nettles, mixed it with water and gave it to plants:) I am little 'unsatisfied' with growth, the smallest plant, in 21L (5.5 gallon) is aprox. 30 cm height but the other ones which I LST-ed them, are little more bigger :) Nothin as I expected that plants would be around 1 meter tall :D

Looking sweet junac! Love seeing LST in action from the beginning

:peace:

Thank you for kind words! I also fell in love with LST, it's my first time I am doing that way and I think that's the way for plants to spread out branches nicely for getting much more sunlight to otherwise 'hidden' lower branches.

Unfortunately, I have very rainy last 3 days and plants didn't get quite much sun. Soil was very wet cauze I wasn't able to remove them inside under roof for period of rain. But today was much better, soil started to dry and also looking forward for sunny weeks :)

The smallest one from 21 liter pot, has a little more brighter leaves and some of them are little bit damaged cauze I accidently poured on them a little of home made nutrients made of soaked nettles. Also I gradualy removed a few fan leaves for better sunlight penetration.

This two plants are now aproximately 42-43 days old since seeds came above ground. At the moment everything quite normal, luckily no critical sign of any deficieny yet. They are just not the biggest plants,; one which is not lst-ed is 38 cm tall.

Update of other plant which is in greeenroom will be tommorrow when I'll check her :)

Peace
