Grow Room Awolaces 2l Mephisto Stilton grow.

The Stilton 2l is on day 67 now.
She should come down sometime in the next week, maybe in a couple of days but I'm tempted to leave her as long as possible and see how much she fattens up.

Just stumbled upon this grow right now. Wow! I drew half the yield from 3l pots...

Can you tell me some more specs about this grow? I really want to learn!
What do you want to know mate. This was grown in a 3x3 with 5 other plants. Obviously two litres of lightmix soil. She was fed with 0.5l instalments of the old Timer range and Epsom salts. Got fed every 1-2 days. The football filled the pot by the end and it was difficult to feed. She was started under mars 300 lights and finished under a quant board.

Pretty easy grow really s

Thank you for the offer to ask you. I'dont know if you can help me with this question, but after my first grow with the 1 gal smartpots I saw the roots stoped after nearly the half of the pot height. For this grow I will water them from below or what do you think? Maybe you can visit my actual grow sometime and give me some advice. I'll tag you in.

Which half ? if its the bottom half and you weren't watering till run off by top feeding then the bottom could very possibly remained dry thus no incentive for the roots to go there, if you did have run off constantly then you could of potential had a perched watertable which would hinder root growth in that area.

but i presume your talking about the former, as for watering either way work, either top water till you have a bit of run off then let it soak back up that water as the pots rehydrate or bottom feed while allowing the pots to wick up the water.

@Mr. Sparkle The bottom half remained dry, but I had a runoff. What do you mean by "a perched watertable"? How could this be avoided?
