She's getting there, I guess or at least I hope...Day 51
After 52 days she's (63" tall from the floor) 48.75" from the top of the bucket and 56.5" across at her widest points...I'm proud of my baby because she almost didn't make it, the guys at the hydro store said I'd probably be better off chopping her and starting over....
these were her roots on day 24
look at her now....at this rate if she doesn't slow down in the next 2 days she'll have match her height and age at 53" and 53 days
Slight mishap in the garden this morning! I have a somewhat big girl in my auto Massasin, (@55 days old she's 54"+tall at her main branch, ) Her main stem was towering so high but the rest of the branches were pretty even so I attempted to slightly bend and tie it down. I applied too much pressure, next was the snap, now the top of the main stem is hanging
Did I kill her?
No you pretty much very late in the game topped her lol. You can try tapping her back together and see if she will heal
Thanks for the solid advice, I didn't tape her, but I propped and tied her to a support stake...if I tape her straight back up, the main stem will again be towering 5 or 6 inches above the rest of the canopy and I'll be in the same predictament I found myself initially
