New Grower Bad air circulation in small tent, Help needed

How's this going for you? Have you considered a vertical set-up for the HPS? Is it a magnetic or digital ballast? Running a magnetic bulb in most digital HPS is acceptable but they do run hotter than a digital bulb in a digital ballast. Make sure the components line up correctly.

Passive intake is great and active intake really is never needed as long as you have enough power for exhaust and adequate exhaust. Getting the air out of the room the tent is in, that would help considerably as well. Recycling that same hot air is just going to increase ambient temperatures faster.

The hps and ballast was a friends and never thought to check but cheers for the heads up, will have a look when I can. But its back down to 26 because i moved the small fan and gave it a passive intake.. knew it was something simple lol. Just worried about the odour leaking later in the grow but does the air pressure stop this?
Ladies looking healthy and on day 6, still watering in the cup and waiting to get lst'ing and organic nutes in a week or so

No worries about odor with passive intake. If you maintain good negative pressure all the smell will go out the exhaust.
