Mephisto Genetics Bad customer service

Just thought I would share my previous experience with seedsman and complaints, I had a packet of non mesphisto seeds which just dint germ, so I contacted seedsman and said I was unhappy with a batch of seeds I received and they said I could either have the price of seeds returned in points or they would replace if I paid for postage which I feel is a fair responce and outcome,

On another point I wish I had a mesphisto male , ide kill for some sourcrack man juice lol

Sometimes their distributors have stock when the team has already sold theirs out I've used seedsman then with no problems but I didn't have any issues I needed resolved.

How do I like this more than once!!!!!!!! You nailed, you split Robin's arrow in twade! Why would you ever buy Mephisto from somebody other than Mephisto?

The unfair analogy referencing Mephisto to Microsoft or Sony. That's reaching for the stars. I wasn't surprised when I read this happened from a distributor and not a direct purchase though. One of the most appealing things to me about this company is the direct ordering being in the U.S. I hope the poster gets resolution.
