Outdoor Bal's SuperAutoGarden

Hello! :tiphat:

I just returned from the bushes, happy to announce the first harvest is done.

The DutchPassion autos got chopped after 14 weeks of life, 99 days to be precise.
The growth was pretty ok, but sincerely not what I expected, apparently they have a too short veg-period for my spot. The result were short plants, just one AutoXtreme was the tall pheno@1,2m (I suppose there is a tall pheno), others were around 50-70 cm tall.

Seems like the yield will be quite poor, I hope to reach 100g total from 6 autos, which is not a great result, but it is what it is. But it may be even less...

Lost around 15% to mold, especially the ThinkDifferent was pretty prone to mold, the AX quite less.
Tomorrow I will post more details about the harvest in my other thread in the DP subforum - Bal's KinderGarten.

For now here are some pictures I took today, not good quality, also the weather is quite bad for this period.

The 2 Chazes - Stunted(now bushy) and the Big Chaze

Buds!
SatiCh smells bittersweet, fruity, spicy and some caramel. SCH is now more neutral, sweet, woody and perfumey. They were very similar, now there is a clear difference.
Sati is definitely more aggressive but not stinky.

Now that the first stress is over, I have two samples waiting for testing; took a nice bud of the SatiChaze and some nuggets from the ThinkDifferent. Can't wait for the evening:stylez rasta smoke:

Stitch, I think the Sati is almost good to go. I'm thinking about giving it a week to finish, what do you think? The SCH still has mainly white stigmas and lots of frost, so I think end of september for her and first half of october for the other Chazes.

I decided I won't use Ripen for now, because I want only organic nutes except if mold hits the buds. For now they are looking good I think there's no need for artificial killers.

Cheers! :peace:

That supercalihaze looks boombastic Balarama, good job!

Hey stitch, I need some info please:)

It's nearly time to chop the SatiChaze, so I'd like to know what's the difference if I chop earlier or a bit later.
From what I read, the early picked sativas(for example I read about ACE seeds, so no rudy genes involved) should be a bit more energetic and less intense and shorter effect, so some suggest later chop because of more intense and longer lasting high but also more taste.
Some say it's best to wait until the plant stops making white hairs, some say it's best at 50:50.

I took a sample to see what it will be like and I really like it, but the quick drying left very little taste and I suspect a lot less thc in comparison to proper drying. I had a earlier sample dried properly and it was very good, actually better than this one(dried in ..khm...micr...okhm..wave..khmmm..).

So what are your thoughts on this?

LOL just got to Love going to the source..try that with Toyota LOL:Cushty:AFNlogoRULES...Yea if you let it go longer its more couch lock and if you pick early its speedy heady ..cloudy or amber snow its up to you ..you can even do a partial harvest so you can have both :booya:If you are like me I want it all LOL:bong::vibe::slap:Sweet Hookers you got there in the streets LOL:pimp:

Yep doobie, gotta love this community:hug:

I might chop her in max a week, I don't want couchlock, if I did, I'd get some kush growing:)
The SCH will wait a bit more until the hairs go dark.

Glad you like the girls:KISS:

I hope it's ok to post the thread I mentioned before(from ICMag), it's a good informative one, but still an early thread in development.

Link to thread

Keep in mind, it's mainly about ACE seeds sativas and other photoperiod sativas and landrace crosses.

*if this post is against the rules, please spank me hard and delete the post:peace:

for me it is best to harvest a bit earlier to get the real sativa happy feeling effect cause in latin america this is exactly what they do all the time

if u wait longer u'll get a more mellow mellow effect

I'll need some nice pics please is that ok?

thank u

Ok, looks she's coming down in some days:booya:

Stitch, I'll try to take good pics! Sadly I can't find a really good camera, this will have to work.
Max resolution and steady hand.

Meanwhile the weathermen predict sunny days ahead. What more could I wish for:)
