When selecting males, how many do you start out with of each variety before selecting the best papa? Also how many fricken tents do you have going? SHEESH!

It really depends on the strain. For instance, I was gifted 5 regular Sour Bubbly seeds to start with, and only had one male out of them. He was quite sweet smelling and long legged with skinny leaves, which is what I had my eye out for based on my past Sour Bubbly experience, so he stuck around. Out of those 5 I also Mitch and Tim have seriously done their work, so everything is pretty much exactly what you would expect it to be.

With the Auto Blues I started 18, if I'm not mistaken, and was lucky enough to get a matching purple couple in the first round. Since I'm only working to lock in that trait for now I didn't need to be over worried about the scent or structure. No reason to worry about them anyway, as the purples have retained their Blues scents.

With the Chemdogging I ran through 12 then another 8, and narrowed the males down to two.

With the Tyrone Stomper F2 OG pheno I went through 40 to find my dude.

If you are only looking for breeding males it's fairly easy to go through large numbers in smaller spaces considering the rate at which you are culling/giving away and replacing with new potentials. Planning has helped a great deal on this quest for grand pollen.

I appreciate it Hubba! It's been an absolute blast being able to create new crosses, even if I'll never have the time to grow half of them! I've got some photo crosses made that I'm quite excited about too, but to be honest I've gotten quite bored with photos and will most likely only be growing them for breeding with autoflowers. I'm quite similar in several aspects, I only really grow photos just so scope them out for new auto crosses. And likewise with the male hunting it's a process of elimination, for the most recent sour livers and livers x auto blues projects we had over 50 males to look at, and over the course of 1-2 weeks narrowed it down to 3 of each, then I'll look at how they flower and use just one .. Possibly two.

Im on Mitchs Side too since i discovered the Dank Autos im only Growing out some Photos to look for Potential Powerhouse Phenos to mate withthe Autos. I think its the same like Tattoos once You started You get addicted to that Stuff. I would love to have the Space to do way bigger selection Grows but i have to deal with whats there. Its pain in the a§$§" when You can get hold of sooo much Top Clones and dont have the Space to work with them.

I really Love what the Community around Mephisto does and Gbd is a really Top Notch Representer when it comes to Breed some Dankness. I hope i can follow soon with Medics Lab still on that Kandydawg Project which is absolute worth to go on(ill dumped the Kinkydawg Project so i can fully concentrate on this one). Good Luck Brother with all the Projects and keep up that excellent Work!!!

Yes guys, really what you're going through now, the space issues and on another point security and peace of mind issues were what led me here.
It's pretty mind boggling how many smaller spaces and organization you need to keep multiple projects afloat.
It's a shame to let potentially awesome crosses sit there waiting due to waiting on the rotation of spaces.

Talk to me though.. You both have a job here waiting for you
