I'm using older V series Vipars but if I had a bigger/higher tent I'd be putting one of these Vipar 900w (600w true) 5w reflector panels in the top and using my older panels for side lighting.

emilsson, after reading your rant it is clear to me that you do not understand the meaning of a community. We are all here helping each other, giving, taking, and contributing in some way. AFN is not your personal answer service, we do not work for you, and it is not our obligation to do all your research for you. You have started numerous threads about the same topic, and I went back through your post history and did not find ONE post that was not related to YOU and your needs/desires/questions. You sent out mass PMs looking for mentors and we helped you with that also. I strongly suggest that you get out there and start participating in the site - visit some grows, spread some good cheer, and be a part of the community. That is how we operate whether you like it or not.
What makes you think that you can come here and demand answers without contributing anything in return? To say that Muddy kills people's dreams because he asked you to do some research on your own? That's just silly. Muddy has helped thousands of growers over the years and it's a slap in the face for you to even make such comments. You have no idea what people on this site do to help growers, cancer patients, and many others, so please keep your accusations to yourself. You don't get what you want, when you want it so you throw a tantrum on the forum? Give me a break.
In the time I've been here, I have seen dozens if not hundreds of growers start from nothing and produce great plants. Sure, they asked questions but they also did thier own homework and realized that some things you have to learn from experience, not just asking the same questions over and over. Sorry to be so blunt, but you need to seriously assess whether or not you are willing to be a true member of this community, because right now you are doing it wrong.

hahahahahahaMaybe try decaf?
Emilsson59, I have a TopLED Mars II 700W in a meter square tent and really like it. I am a real value shopper and could not find a better value in the US. My light cost $309 delivered. The Mars IIs have Cree 5W LEDs which are housed in a metal box with a couple of built in fans that are kind of noisy. I've only used the light for one grow but it ran 24/7 for the first month and for 20hrs a day for the balance. All of the bulbs are still working and it's throwing a lot of light again for my second grow. Good luck!
