Indoor Best reflector type?

Hey fellow AF fans! Building a new grow tent. My first time indoors in over 15 years. What is the best type of reflector? Does an umbrella with a vertical light work well or should I pick a horizontal setup? As always, thanks for any input.

What size grow tent? In a grow tent, ideally you want an air cooled hood so you can pull the heat off the bulb, its much harder to cool a tent that is running an open air bulb. Bigger is not better, so depending on the size of the tent you will want to go with a medium size hood, Like the Blazer 6 inch hoods.

Are you going to run AC if so you could get away with a umbrella vertical set up personaly I would go with what lykaboss said a enclosed horizontal 1000 watts of course. have a great grow bro.
