Hi, I'm sure there's going to be lots of discussion here about this but I have family that actually cannot consume cannabis because it has major interactions with the daily anti-psychotics and antidepressants prescribed. When said person just smokes weed without either of those medications the effects are even more severe and pronounced, mix it with 2 other more common legal drugs like alcohol and tobacco and you have quite the situation. I highly suggest when you're dealing with mental health issues, not to turn to cannabis use. I've noticed that there's a large population who "medically" use it for mental health reasons and they're far worse off than if they had not taken anything at all. I do suggest seeing a psychiatrist for some formal diagnosis and daily medication.
Of course everyone's different so I cannot tell if this is an option for you but do take care when dealing with such issues. Weed's cool and all but if it's making your quality of life worse then that's not cool.
Please take care of yourself.
