Mephisto Genetics Big sm0's

Thrilled to death with the yield from this new light!! Since the room is long and narrow I built a frame for the almost complete cobs. There are 8 driven at 35 watts here for a total of 300 watts at the wall. Pictures are hard but I honestly wouldn't second guess the scale of it read 1.5 lbs. There is soooo much bud here and it's surprisingly very dense. Still through the nutrient issues and thrip attack and I didn't know what I thrip was till I googled bug damage to canna leaves.

Got to love low power cob lighting! I'm thinking of adding 2 more to my tent and modding them by replacing the drivers on the ones I have with a dimmable driver. I think 4 in the 3x3 tent run about the same, 30-35 watts, would be good. Only 20 more watts total yet 4 point sources running even more efficiently.

After I get a better feel for my lights, both your cobs and my other lights, I'm going to jump back into scrogging. I'm fascinated right now with how the plant develop when they have quality lighting.

Anyone who followed along on the build of the room or read up on the makeover updates may know that my OCD is pretty bad. No matter the cost or time invested I prefer to do the best thing I can. Speaking of... my copper scrog needs a polish

It may take a few days to get all the parts in as I ordered the first batch of the blumat self watering system just to see how it all worked. I understood it but didn't want to spend the extra money on additional parts without seeing the kit first. The kit arrived, surprisingly inexpensive $77 for 12 pots worth. But it was not complete or set to be the easiest in the long run.

I'd like to share a link to the place I ordered from last night. https://www.sustainablevillage.com/blumat This place has all the fittings and accessories dirt cheap. Amazon wanted $13 for a valve and this place had the same for $3. So I bought the kit but still managed to spend another $180 on parts and acessories lol. When it all arrives I'll update on the build aspect and give some thoughts. Typical quick installation is probably an hour for my space but I'll turn that into a full day by the time it's done properly.

Can't wait to see this setup, you're the only person I know with OCD as bad as mine lol..........

It makes for a nice space when your done though. Just takes 3x as long to do so. Haha

Preaching to the choir bro, I get made fun of for vacuuming in the g'room before leaving every time I go in etc etc. I'd rather take the time and do shit right the first time if circumstances and finances allow, they don't always lol.

I could use some advice here as I will never do bubble hash again. It is such a pain in the ass and way to time consuming. I've got close to 3 lbs of dry trim and plan to add another 1/2-1lb in the coming harvast. Basically anything below the scrog. Was looking into presses a bit but not sure.. basically I don't have much time that's why this stuff piles up like it has. I can get dry ice and do have the bubble bags. Not sure:face:

Try dry ice hash or good old dry sift, much faster and easier
