I'd also like to mention the room a bit too as it's just had a full makeover!!! It's fairly big and more or less set up as a permenant space. It's in an outdoor building, well the back of an outdoor building. Dealing with ambient temps has been a struggle but I finally have it under control. Some of the pictures are older but all I have.
Construction
The entire space is insulated, including the floor. The walls are moisture resistant drywall which is typically used in bathrooms. The walls are painted with a great new product by zinser that prevents and kills mold. The topcoats (all 4 of them) have an additive in them as well to prevent mold. Here is a picture if the main space.

The flood tables are just for runoff. They have drains that lead to the outside so I don't have to vac uovwater any more. Above is a scrog screen which has been very helpful in keeping the canopy even and the plants spread out.

Power
I wish I had more of it! Lol it does have its own dedicated 50 amp service. It was professionally wired with a sub panel. Each outlet is on its own dedicated 20 amp breaker with 12/2 romex.
Water
I do have a bit of a watering space which is more complicated than it looks. As I do grow multiple plants I can't deal with doing buckets of water. ran a 3/4" waterline to the space that feeds into a 40 gallon reservoir. It's well water but I still added a filter to it. The blue lab guardian has been a life saver as its so simple to monitor while adding water and nutrients. The reservoir has a drain, a pump inside that feeds an elevated bucket. The bucket has water lines off it for the plants and a return line that allows the pump to run continuously without overflowing the bucket.
Off th filter there are 2 lines, one feeds the reservoir directly and the other isn't permenantly attached so I can fill separate buckets if needed.

Next is my favorite! A dedicated drying cabinet. I store extra mason jars in here, scissors, gloves and a big box of integra boost packs. Most importantly a dark space to dry the goods. The base is elevated for air flow. The separate sections are custom made screens I built to hold the buds.

Cooling
This is a new addition. I had a Mitsubishi minisplit Ac installed. I lowered my wattage down considerably and that allowed me to use a smaller unit. It's only 12k and it cranks so much dry cold air it's surprising. By slightly undersizing the unit this allows it run more, the more it runs the more it drys. In doing this the dehumidifier rarely runs which saves me a ton of electricity and heat which in trying to eliminate.
