I posted last week for advice on biobizz veg and bloom and alg a mic. Got my answers thank you. I just had a look at the feeding schedule on the biobizz help thread and the chart suggests not to use alg a mic on biobizz all mix, only on the light mix. There are other feeding schedules that say otherwise>

SO should i take it back for a refund or what? I am starting on the the bloom today.

Hi Steely,

My computer crashed while writing a reply to this before so i'll keep this one short :)
I'd keep it and use it next grow - maybe you'll want more control over your nute schedule and want to try biobizz light mix?

Algamatic is pretty much a seaweed extract, used for greening up the leaves keeping your plant nice and healthy (presumably with a dose of nitrogen)
Scarily i googled "biobizz alg-a-mic" to make sure my info wasn't naff and one of my replies to you was the number one result.

While i was there i found you this about seaweed and plant growth http://journeytoforever.org/farm_library/seaweed.html

all the best
Blue ^_^

Edit: i think from memory it has a shelf life of just over 1 year if stored correctly

cheers blue, the bloke in the gro shop seems cool and i will need some more biogrow before this crop is finished so i reckon he will let me swap it. I am thinking of using the light mix for my second grow and playing around with the nutes, as long as their organic, but that is thinking too far ahead! i am only on day 42 with my first gro.

Keep the Alga-mic that is great stuff.
The all mix has a lot of kelp in it. Most of that will get used up in veg and you can begin supplementing it in flower when your plant needs a lot of the hormones and enzymes to form big flowers. You can also foliar spray it to green up your plants if they start to look a little nitrogen deficient which has happen to me using Bio-bizz. And it's pretty concentrated so you can use it next time too.

Thanks torch, I had a reply on the organic thread, somebody said much the same, i wonder why biobizz feed chart says to leave it out?. From what i can make out you use it as a spray before flowering? so thats too late for me. I am still in two minds about swapping it at the shop for biobizz Topmax. I am going to the shop tomorrow so will check here first and make my decision then.
