Nutrients Biotabs out of business?

Anyone have any clue whats going on with Biotabs? I've been trying to email them for over a week now but their website email is broken.
It would be foolish to bank transfer $300 to another country when you don't even know if they are still in business.
Very sad and disappointed. Really wanted to try these out. But this looks bad.

Nope just spoke to the owner I think. He barely spoke English, but he said he can't ship to the US anymore... That takes care of that.

First I thought they were out of business because their email was broken. Then I called them and they said they don't ship to the US. I'm just gonna go with Sohum soil for now and see how it goes.

so you are in USA to stinky ?
the website lets people from usa order and pay for biotabs online ? thats not very good.
and then it can take a month of chasing up to get the refund ? thats really not good.

Because I am the owner, and was in the office all the time.

We had some problems with our inbox. But all these problems are solved now.

We are not out of business, we are thriving!

We really do our best to keep every body happy. But we need to live a life aswel. We work way to hard, it can happen some people get over seen. Soo sorry for that!
