Nutrients Biotabs out of business?

I accept shipping to the states is a pain. I'm sure alternatives exist to all the products. I'm a Bio Tabs fan boy after all. Lol peace out Amazing Blazing especially if your not just trolling. Just you started off a bit rude. Laters

It's all good. And yes I was mighty pissed. I spent a few months studying this and changing my whole grow to soil just to be told they dont ship here. Then the owner laughs it off like no one knew what was going on. I need reliability and thats why I am happy that I didnt go this route. I can't get used to using products that might have to be shipped to me several times taking weeks/months. It would fuck up my whole grow.

just my two cents but if you need reliabity then why go with a company on the other side of the planet where you product passes through so many different hands before it gets to you thats madness like you say there are many options in the US and you can always build your own soil etc . long story short if you live in the usa or anywhere in the world for that matter buy your important essential gear near to where you live then there wont be any issues with shipping or supposed bad customer service

There was an issue with the USDA when the site tested this product. Every product tester had their order put on hold an I, personally got a phone call from the USDA(United Stated Department of Agriculture) because there was European cows blood as part of the ingredients and that threw up a red flag and they said they would not let it in the US.The USDA ended up sending it through, but said in the future, it would not be let in the country. FYI
 
I'm sorry but I see ordering from nutrients from Europe to the US a giant waste of time. Shipping is very expensive, go to customs and potentially have to be reshipped many times to get it, is not worth it. But where you really lost me was terrible customer service, employing people that can't speak English or know what's going on with your business. There are so many "water only" living soil's available here in the US that this is just waste of time and money.
I know you are gonna laugh it off like your product is much better than anything else. But in reality you lost a lot of $$$ by leaving your grandma in charge of your business. So happy I didnt fall for your Europe ONLY product. 2cents
:doh: right, fine, you've made your point and then some- :deadhorse:...time to move on, official warning here... Hacking on the Rep' is unacceptable... nobody was "working you", that's plain wrong, and we have a lot of happy customers and testers here in the US to prove it,... Any vendor here that causes problems with customers, testers, whatever, would be closed down in short order,....

Hey man, just to clarify... I popped into the biotabs office/warehouse today, they're definitely alive and well.

I just think you caught a bit of bad luck when you called, I don't believe they have a biotabs customer service hotline or anything like that, so I'm guessing the warehouse staff that fill the tubs and pick and pack the orders answered your call whilst the senior staff members were out.

Really, barely any Spanish people have a good comprehension of English.. but like for like if you go to England you'd find the situation exactly the same if not much worse. In this case too English is not at all part of their job requirements.

Our mr biotabs f69 here speaks 3 languages fluently so hats off to him, puts me to shame.

Shipping anything of even moderate size/weight out of Spain is expensive, when we shipped hoodies to the US through the post office it was circa €25, sending a 25g packet with a few seeds in outside of Spain is €3

I fully endorse this company and their products, but if you're across the pond just take notice that they're in a different country and if these products are integral to your planned grow to order in advance.
