Hi All,
First grow log on this great forum and also my first go at auto flower seeds!
This is a soil and perlite grow.
I am using a 240 watt BlackStar LED from start to finish for this grow. Never used LED before so it is really interesting to me! Especially since i am growing with purple light!!!
They have been going for about three weeks now and some noob mistakes along the way means they are smaller than they should be...but they are growing and healthy and stinking up the room!
At this stage of getting back into the hobby of growing MMJ i am enjoying the journey and will arrive at my destination at no particular time!
Seeds are from Nirvana and are feminized.
To get everyone up to speed here is a quick break down of the grow so far.
28 October - Placed 5 X Auto Bubbelicious seeds in wet paper towels to germ.
29 October - Seeds have germed and are in pots.
31 October - 4 plants have broke the surface, only 1 was a no go.
13 November - Upcanned 4 seedlings into their final pot.
I was reading the other day that you should start Auto's in their final pot as they do not take kindly to transplanting.
Mine did not skip a beat, may try this on the next auto run!
I started feeding them with FloraNova Bloom but have since switched to the GH series of FloraGro, FloraMicro and FloraBloom.
And now onto the important stuff, pictures!!!
All 5 in their first small pots
A day or so later and they are poking their heads through the soil
3 days later
Another 3 days and i figure out the LED's are a bit too high as we have some good stretch going on here...
Another 4 days. The white residue was from a foliar spray that i stopped using since it seemed to be clogging the stomata...
6 days later they are looking quite nice!
Lots of side branches are forming
And a final group shot of the 4 Auto Bubbelicious and one Killing Fields in the centre of them.
I am not too sure about the feeding schedule for the ladies but i think i may have left it a bit late as some people have mentioned they are a bit small. To me they seem to be a good size for 18 or so days old.
I do not have any new pictures from today but comparing them to the last one i can see that there is some substantial growth over the past 2 days!
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
