New Grower BlackStar 240 + Auto Bubbelicious

Went into the room to give the girls a spray and a look over.
Some of the girls have changed into ladies!!!
A few of them are showing pistils now!
I hope the others follow shortly!!
Since these are auto's does this mean that they will flower on the 18/6 light schedule?
Or does this only mean that they are female?

auto's dont care what the cycle is! some go 24/0 i like 20/4

I was wondering because i have read a few threads where the auto's did not auto.
Is there any way to tell?
Or is it just a case of wait and see and if they do, they do and if they don't, we change the light schedule?
I also need to find some time to install the two light movers!
Reading up on them i see a 30 - 60% improvement on the number of bud sites.
Not sure if that is an exaggeration or not but anything that provides more using the same lights will be awesome!

Been slacking off a bit but the regular updates makes it look like the plants are not growing...
Anyway after a 6 day break of not taking pics, i was looking through the journal.
I saw the last pics i had posted 6 days ago and the ladies were around 10 inches in height.
Since then i have moved the lights up twice to try and keep them at 20 inches above the tops.
This morning the lights are 15 inches from the tops.
This means that some of them have more than doubled their size in height in 6 days!
Amazing creatures these autos are!
Will do a proper update with pics very soon!

sounds like your on top of this grow pretty well. welcome to the Forum, the fun of autos and the LED club. you'll here a few things about certain varieties not autoflowering but for the most part if your getting them from a reputable breeder your good to go. That build is top notch. if only i could expand my grow cabinet to a huge grow room like that! look forward to that pic update and those girls in early flower. Things are a little crazy on the forum now but your in the right place, i'm a member at a few forums and AFN is the best group of caring, honest, informative cannabis enthusiast out there. UPDATE TIME!!!!
Finally had some time to take some pics and update the journal!
In 7 days they have grown 11 inches in height!!!!
3 of the ladies are showing nice long, white pistils.
The one is still not showing any sign of sexing which is a bit concerning... I will give her some more time and see what happens.

I have placed one CFL on the lower right to see if that would help with some bud development!

And now for some gratuitous pistil shots!
One of the important things i have learnt is that i need new pots!
I am going to use square pots next time that are about twice as deep as the ones i have now. The roots are already poking out the bottoms of these pots.
Also no transplanting for the next run. They will be germed and placed in their final pots.
Also need to look at the soil recipes thread and start collecting info, i see much more potential in these guys, i know i have not even tapped into what they can do!
The light movers will be installed today.
The lower bud sites are not getting enough light, so they will be spaced out more and the light mover should cure that issue!
I have also dropped the RH down to 40% for the flowering period.
When should i stop misting these ladies?
Once buds start forming?
Any pointers or tips welcomed!!

We have FOWERS!!!
WOW... I have not updated for a while!!!
Work has been hectic and not too much time for the garden...
Today the ladies had a flush with pure water.
Tomorrow they will get another water with nutes for a bit of a boost!
Not too much going on with the grow lately, just letting the ladies get their groove on!
They are all in a neat row now with the BlackStar on a light mover, so far it seems to be working pretty well!
Took some pics of the developing buds!
Oh i almost forgot...
I am going to supplementing the LED light with two CERAMIC Metal Halides running off HPS ballast!
These lights seem to make the plants explode!
Resin and trich production increases dramatically!
Hopefully have the bulbs in a few weeks time!
