Customer service rating..1-5: I guess 5; I haven't had to deal with them at all, and everything arrived promptly and in good order.
Wattage of the LED ( actual power draw if poss): 100 W (not sure of actual power draw).
Optics used : Buh?
Build quality: Solid, appears to be high quality. Built in fan cooling system and optional modular cord for international voltages makes this a good buy worldwide.
Warranty length : 1 year all inclusive
Any noticeable plant deficiencies : No; I'd heard rumors about LED grows needing cal-mag supplements or the like, but mine was in a rich super-soil and thrived under this light.
Value for Money Rating..1-5: 5. Inexpensive but an amazingly powerful light for a small box grow like mine.
Addition info : Didn't use this from day 1, but upgraded to it about a week after my plants sprouted after another forum member recommended it (they'd used the lights I had started with and told me my plants would probably soon require more light than they could put out). Noticed a difference in grow speed within days.
