Extremely well packed
Vividled Customer service is second to none. Within 30 mins of buying the light they had rung me to see what experience I've had with DIY builds and if I needed any help.
This led to the conversation of my plans of externally mounting the driver and dimmer. So they included a extra cable, an external dimmer, water proof conectors and changed the driver for a hlg b series. I couldn't ask for more.
The boards came very well packed
Disclaimer : as a bit of a bonus for doing this review and a grow on AFN Vividled upgraded my heatsink to neon pink... Awesome
The build :
I've built a few LEDs now so its a walk in the park for me. But let's say you have never done this before, Vividled offer a in house essembly or if you're like me and want more of a custom build to your space then they are willing to help as much as they can over the phone. Like I said, great customer service.
I have another HLG fixture in another space with version 1 boards which is dedicated to flowering. I decided to swap the Rspec with them. This light I'm reviewing is for my breed chamber so I'm not being picky about spectrum. You can see the performance of the Rspec in that space in my journal.
The wattage meter and box I've repurposed from an old light I built. Vividled do not supply those parts.
