Wish I could help but I rarely get defs. It does look to me like it is drawing the stored energy from the fan leaves, and the budsites around the yellowing seem to be filling out. Veg nutes sound good in theory, but perhaps those will be colas/nugs that will be done earlier than the rest of the plant?

Only 17 Days till you have a 70 Day plant, not rare for autos to be finnishing up around then(not knowing the strain though)

Hey buddy, Hazey did mention something about the plant maturing before it's life cycle is over due to keeping an auto on veg nutes for longer than "needed". I was thinking maybe that's what's happening now, it started with all of the eldest fan leaves and ones with minimal light in comparison to the top bud sites. I hoping she will pick up in a few days with the added N but her bud sites don't seem affected in the slightest

Hey guys, not really seeing any recovery from the leaves from any of the things I've tried (higher EC, more nitrogren, more calmag) so all I'm doing now is leaving her where she was happy EC wise (1.2, 1.6 total) and just hoping for the best. PK/Full Boost week starts tomorrow so gonna hit her hard for one more week, then give her a week to recover then flush so not long now..final chapters.. I made a small note in my Dragon thread that after this grow I will be reverting back to my old ways and growing one plant at a time, per tent. I say per tent because in the future I would like to have two tents running with one plant in each. I feel doing it this way really gives them the space and environmental control to ensure they reach their highest potential under my care.
Just a few tent shots today, you can see the amount of leaves that have gone, she is starting to thin out a bit now but buds are doing okay, smelling delicious as you'd expect. I am hoping to get 100g from this girl considering she has had half as much light as my last plant. Obviously that is less yield from bam but I have my Dragons to make up the numbers, hoping for another 100g from those to yield roughly the same as last time, a bigger yield may have to wait until I buy more GN's or upgrade my own.

Day 57, Week 8.

Hey guys, here we are on the first day of week 8. She has had a fresh res change and is growing a lot faster than my first attempt - the first one got stunted for the first 3 weeks ish whilst I settled in to hydro Day 57 and there are hairs browning up which isn't too shabby at all for me. Next week she will have a rest week with lower EC then one more week to cleanse/flush with just water then chop at approx 80 days - providing all goes smooth. If I can get 100g in less than 90 days from this girl I'm singing and dancing
I took quite a few pictures today, not much I could do about the fan leaves but they need to come off in a couple weeks anyway, maybe she's just trying to be efficient Nah truly she is okay, buds are still growing which is great, hopefully we just get to watch her swell a bit now.
Her res now consists of:
25ml CalMag
7.5ml Rhizotonic
60ml Boost
15ml PK 13/14 - she will receive this dose every other day for the whole week, as guided by Seymour.
25ml Flores A+B
EC 1.4 (1.8 total) if she doesn't shift I will raise this to 1.6 (2.0 total) during the week.
PH 5.9-6.0

This is my first post on autoflower forums, just wanted to chime in and thank you for this journal, it has honestly been one of the most easy to read and simple guides to hydro nutes i've read. Its reallly clarified some things to me and giving me a way greater understanding of what to do. Which is great coz i've just ordered my first seeds and am in the process of finalising my shopping list for my grow tent and placing all the orders.

One thing I was wondering though... in the beginning you were writing your res changes as for example 15ml rhizo 6ml calmag and then bring the ec up to 0.8 with canna start and towards the end your res changes read more like X amount of mls of all these products with an end ec of 1.4 or whatever.

Does it really amount to the same thing in the end? I mean week 9 was 25ml of flores A+B final ec of 1.4. Did you add all the other stuff and then basically top up with flores to reach your target ec?

And also week 2 was canna start up to 0.8, week 3 aqua vega up to 0.8 and week 4 was canna vega, are they 2 different products or did you mean canna vega in week 3? I ask because im making a shopping list of nutes and additives. Also i did make notes on my bit of paper about the times where you deduced you were over feeding and have adjusted my 'paper plan' accordingly.

Any chance, if you have time of posting a photo of your row of nutes? Being a bit of a noob im just a touch confused with brands and such. I kind of want to make a list and take it to my local hydro shop up the road and hope he knows what i am on about.

Sorry for the noob questions and thanks HEAPS again for your journal. I'm pretty much using this as my bible for my first DWC grow. First indoor grow too really. Plans are for a 2.0mx2.0mx2.3m tent with 2 mars II 900w leds on a lightmover.

Wow, what a humbling post! Thank you for all your kind words - it means a lot since I consider myself a noob in training! I'll try and anwer your questions now but don't hesitate if I miss anything.
You are correct on the first point, all of the additives and extras go into the res first, then I top up to the desired EC with the base nutrients i.e Canna start, Canna Aqua Vega, Canna Aqua flores. (sometimes I list the names a bit differently, aqua vega and canna vega mean the same thing.
I will post a picture later on today of the nutrients I use but please bare in mind there are no strict guidelines for hydro/dwc as far as EC goes, every strain will have a different hunger and some may require higher EC's than other at the same age. 0.8 EC us a common starting point then from there on your plant will tell you what to do

I kinda gotta make my own lids too, cant find net pot bucket lids anywhere in australia not keen on paying $45 postage on a 5 dollar item. So i'll just get some 30 litre pots and some net pots and...get inventive i guess. I thought about using 20litre plaster buckets with lids but was concerned about the lids being kind of flimsy so might even end up with some bits of wood or something with net pots in the middle of them sitting on top of my buckets.

I've used the canna feeding chart (UK) as many people say it is quite accurate for photoperiod plants, once you drop the strength relative to autos it's quite handy. Canna start isn't on that feeding chart either, I think it was designed to feed cuttings/clones from photo plants so it is situational and not on the charts. The cuttings and clones require less strength in their food at first, similar to autos. Many people use alternatives to Canna start, I just bought it to keep as much of my nutes as possible in the same product range.
I'm afraid I can't help with sourcing parts in Australia but there are a few good DIY sections on this site that may give you a few ideas? You could try Ebay and those kind of sites? Best of luck brother

I'd say well clear of wood as anything pourus will soak up moisture and grow mould.

Buy one bucket and two lids if one lid isn't going to be strong enough. Cut the very edges of one lid off, stick them together with some non toxic glue in the middle like a sandwich of two lids.

Get a net pot and get a hole saw for a drill that's ever so slightly small than the net pot. Drill a hole into the lid and sit the net pot into the hole.
