Those plants look really good! Did you defoliate in the end? I've just started doing a bit of plucking, was not sure whether to or not as well, @autobeast are there any other benefits of defoliation other than airflow and light? Does it stimulate growth at all?

Daf i cnt say if it gives them a growth spurt by doing defol.but it does not slow the plant down at all.ul find a week after u have given a trim.that all the leafs have grown back but in double numbers.so it seems the more u trim the more leafs they grow back hope this helps happy growing
