Hey guys, I think I'm bombing this first grow in coco/perlite using the autopot. These girls are at day 9 since popping from the coco and I feel they are tiny, tiny, tiny.

Should I start over in soil? Is there any way to save these girls? I'm ready to bin them and start over in soil. I have a short window, 3 months, until next unit inspection so I need to get a grow in fast while also gaining experience.

I`ve not grown in coco mate, but I`ll see if I can find someone t`drop in and have a look!

hi bud. some more info would help us help you out some more.

have you fed them?

Ph water you give them? what lights? looks like she`s stretching abit for light?

Agreed with Roy, need some details!

What kind of lights? How close to the tops of the seedlings are they?
How often are they watered? Tough to tell by the pictures; but the growing medium looks pretty wet.
What kind of nutrients have you put in? I'm not super familiar with the auto pots; do you add your nutes to the water reservoir?

We'll get you back in shape bro, don't sweat it! :smokebuds:

Hey I wouldn't worry just yet, I'm currently on my first grow and I'm using coco perlite and mine were that small until around day 14. I found my problem was having my light too close and not feeding them. In coco there are no nutrients in it so you need to start feeding right away. If you have any canna rhizoctonic I'd highly reccommend that or do a very light feeding of some calmag and whatever other nutrients you are using. Ill post a link to my grow when I get to a computer

H) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph? Tap and Filtered. Don't know how to calibrate my PH Meter. Initial reading of tap water was 5.8 but it jumps around.
I) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. None right now, day 10 since they popped. THC Brand for coco NPK 21-10-35. Handwatering top down, started out with spray bottle, day 4/6 watering until runoff, cut back to every other day, now cutting back until topsoil is dry
J) What is the ec/ppm of your unadjusted tap (or filtered) water? IDK, ec meter on they way by mail order.
K) What is the ec/ppm of your nutrient solution? IDK, res not running yet
L) What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? (reservoir high and low temps) Same as above
M) Does your ec/ppm show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
N) Does the ph fluctuate?
O) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you
spray? (Just after lights come on, just before they go out...)
P) How often do you replace reservoir water/nutes?

Your growroom:
Q) What size of closet, room or hut? See picture
R) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? 77/50
S) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? None
T) Are the roots long and white, or brown and slimy? Have not checked

Your strain:
U) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) Auto Fem 60 Day Wonder (picture above with 4 leaves), Auto Fem Green Poison (picture above with 2 droopy leaves)
V) Is this an photoperiod strain? Autoflower
W) From seeds or clones? From Seed

Picture of my growroom setup. Haven't seen any noticeable growth with these girls for days now. Auto Green Poison hasn't popped 2nd set of true leaves yet.

Other info:

Medium is Phat Cocos Cal/Mag enriched, Perlite and 2 inches of Growstones at the bottom of the autopots.
I'm on day 10 still watering top down. Stopped watering until topsoil is dried out. Coco is still moist 1 inch down.

Today I filled a 500ml spray bottle and put just a few drops of my nute A + B combo in the spray bottle and wet them down. The AGP is showing signs of the edges of the 2 main leaves curling which is either over or underwatering so I gave a light watering of only about 12oz each of distilled water...tap water that I had left out overnight.

I think they are ok for day 9. Keep on doing what you are doing.
